This document contains some basic information about the possibilities of integration Aistant's services into your own website.
Smart Search/FAQ
You can add search/FAQ widget on your page. The questions user asked will be processed by Asitant QnA engine and answered automatically. You will be notified about the questions which can't be answered automatically - so you can add the answers and update your knowledge base.
Here are the instructions on how to add Search/FAQ widget on your page:
- Open Settings page in ADMINSTRATION
- Select WIDGETS tab there
- Click on Add Widget button and select your knowledge base and the widget your would like to add (Search/FAQ)
- Copy the widget's code and paste it on your page
